I’ve never been able to diet before. You solved my gas, bloating and heartburn problems. I lost 8lbs. I have more energy than usual. It has been great to have support and to feel good about myself. I’ve never stuck to anything before, the support and daily contact helped a lot. The most important thing that people should know is how lovely and helpful and supportive you are, giving continuous motivation. I would recommend you to my friends, family and co-workers. Your service and programs are better than any other well known weight loss clubs. I loved seeing the pounds dropping off, feeling like I’m not on my own and working with someone who understands. X

I struggle to lose weight and felt like I couldn’t shift any type of diet I tried, so doing the Detox really helped. I lost 6lbs. I feel like I don’t need a coffee in the morning now to start the day and feel less tired in the mornings. I feel happier about myself now and can fit comfortably back into my jeans which had gone tight and fit perfectly now. Can definitely see it on my legs and bum! Didn’t even notice my bum change until I took the photos. My stomach is a lot flatter and I can see some definition… so proud of myself… not going to pig out again. I am so made up, especially with my legs and bum! I don’t want to eat bad now. Definitely not going to undo this hard work!
I liked the constant contact with you as it helped keep me on track. When I felt I was struggling, it was good having you there to help me through it. I liked the support that you gave me and the encouragement. The first couple of days are hard, but after that, it’s easier and definitely worth it with the results you get. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family as I found it quite personal and easy to follow. Once you’ve made all your food, you’re basically set for the week. You don’t need to worry about what’s for lunch or dinner. I liked the easiness of the meals and having support from you made a big difference. The hardest part of it all was no tea or coffee when I got up.
I am so happy with my results and it is 100% worth it. Thank you… couldn’t have done it if it wasn’t for you texting though, keeping me on track! Still can’t believe the difference in the before and after photos. Really glad I got you to help me. Had a few people ask me about my detox, but don’t believe me with the results I got. Thank you. X

Your program solved my weight gain and bloating. I lost 7.5lbs. I have a lot more energy and I feel a lot less sluggish. I had tried other diets prior to the program and was struggling and getting nowhere. My bloating has now subsided. This plan has given me the kick start I needed to continue healthy eating and continue losing weight.
The program was structured and easy to prepare and follow. It was easy to substitute food that I didn’t like. You being in contact with me multiple times a day was a huge factor in me staying on plan. I found the thing that sets your service apart from others I’ve tried is: the personal contact; the fact that you took the time to meet me in person prior to starting; you got to know my issues. You then contacted me multiple times a day, which encouraged me massively.
The most important thing people should know about your program is that it works. You can lose weight, you can keep it off and one huge bonus is that it’s not as daunting as it looks. I was dreading starting as I didn’t think I would stick to it, but once I started, I found it ok. The second day, I felt hungry and that was a struggle, but I got over that and it got much better. I found that this not only helped me for a week, it’s made me really think more about what I’m putting in my body and has definitely changed my attitude towards food.
I would absolutely recommend your program, simply because you do get results from doing it and the help and encouragement you get along the way is fantastic. I would work with you again as you did what you said you were going to do and your product worked. You constantly encouraged me and I could see the results every day of the program which kept me going. You also came up with alternatives when I decided I didn’t like something. I knew that if at any point I needed help, I could always contact you and you would help.
It’s been a lot easier than I thought! I have been good and resisted all temptation. If I’m on a strict plan which I can see working, I’m really good, if I’m not, I’m easily swayed. I think before I was eating because I was bored. Now I find something to do so I’m not bored and won’t eat! I don’t want to undo all this hard work… it’s gone really quickly. I can’t believe I’ve stuck to it! Defo going to continue making the jelly – I love it. I feel a lot less bloated, I feel less sluggish too… I’m really proud of myself. I’m pretty amazed! I’ve taken photos and my stomach is much less bloated than it was. And I did NO exercise at all during the 6 days because I’ve been working! Just need to carry on now… which I will. This was the kick up the backside I needed. And knowing I had you motivating me (and not wanting to have to tell you I’d failed), I was able to stick to it! So THANK YOU! I’m a changed woman! X

Really liked the Detox. Can’t believe it. I feel so much better already. Can’t wait to continue the progress. Bought some gym pants at the weekend – tried them on and they were proper tight. Now they’re so loose! I can see it defo, especially in my clothes! Feel so much better! Will be going onto the meal plans next. Thanks for helping me with the Detox – it’s been really good. It’s fine really. I was dying for a cup of tea though haha – I didn’t realise how much my body got used to having it all the time… I was full up really all day… My hands and legs are already better from my eczema… It’s gone so quick! This has driven me to change how I eat. I lost 7lbs altogether! And I feel so much better in myself!

Your programme solved my badly bloated stomach… I lost 5.6lbs. I had a little bit more energy, but I was on late shifts, so quite tired after them… You’ve made me realise the things that I thought I needed – I actually don’t. I liked the constant reassurance that I could get to the end. The support was amazing. What sets your service apart is the constant support. I liked that you checked in with me every morning and then in the afternoon and evening. The most important thing people should know about your programme is that it actually works. It’s not easy, God, it’s not easy, but it really does work. I would recommend you because you get great results.
I would work with you again as I love the result I got at the end. I am thinking of trying again before my holiday as it worked so well. You even managed to keep me going through then late shifts at work.

I wanted to lose weight, get rid of the bloated feeling and generally feel better. I lost 7lbs, 5cm off my waist and 4cm off my hips. I was tired on the 2nd day, but after that felt fine. I’ve lost weight, which is great and got rid of the bloated feeling. I slept better and therefore woke up feeling much fresher. Once you had prepped, you didn’t have to think about what you were going to eat. Also, everything was quick and easy. I have never done a Detox before as most of the ones I’ve looked at looked like starvation diets! I definitely didn’t feel hungry and would certainly do it again. It’s easy to follow and do and you are supported all the way. I would and have recommended you to everyone. It’s a great way to lose weight, whilst still eating 5 times a day and you end up feeling ,much healthier at the end. I would go through the process again because of the weight loss! I was so impressed, I have signed up for the next phase 6 week plan!

I was feeling quite deflated and worried that because of the lack of exercise due to my health issues, I wasn’t going to be able to make a change to my body. However, following your Detox plan, I now know it is possible for my body to change. I lost 3 inches off my waist. I found that due to following the programme, I was having a full night’s sleep for the first time in a very long time. This gave me much more energy in the day, instead of trying to function off 3-4 hours sleep and crashing around 2pm. You made it so much easier with your extremely good support. I knew exactly what I was doing with very clear instructions throughout. It made me feel positive within myself that I could change my habits and go in the right direction. I liked the support. I really felt like there was someone there, just for me – someone who was very approachable at any time. The programme itself was very easy to follow. I found it was an easy programme to follow because there was no weighing food or counting calories. I never felt hungry or like I was going without, unlike the Cambridge Diet where I constantly felt hungry. The most important thing people should know is that it works. You’re never hungry and the support is there 100%. I would recommend your programme, simply because it’s normal food and it works. I would work with you again because of the support element and I liked having a knowledgeable mentor. I’m struggling to think of any improvements that need to be made.

I was suffering from bloating and tiredness. I lost 1/2 a stone, 1 and a 1/2 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my thighs. I now have lots more energy. I feel more confident, happier and think a lot more about what foods I eat and portion sizes, which have now reduced immensely. The main thing I liked about the programme was that it was easy to do and follow. This was the 1st Detox I had ever done. The most important thing that people should know about your programme is that it’s easily adaptable and it works. I would recommend you because you are good at what you do. I would work with you again because I liked having daily one to one contact to keep me motivated. I’ve loved doing it. Didn’t think I’d like burgers – not a lover of beef, but they were lovely, so I’ll introduce them into my food each week. I challenged myself to drink and eat things that I normally wouldn’t. I just wanted to be forced to eat healthily for a few days. I lost around 4lbs and I feel less tired… You’ve given me a couple of new recipes to use… The thing I liked about your program was that I was made to eat healthily and I could see I can cope without tea/coffee and sugary treats. I’ve only done a 2 day detox before which was a specialised drink and no food – this was better! You need willpower and you’ll feel fantastic at the end of it of you’ve stuck to it. I would recommend your program to friends, family and co-workers if they want a quick way to lose weight. I would use the Detox again.

Brilliant. I wish I could do this every week. It saves cooking in the week – it’s great! I think I’d like to do the Meal Plans after too. This plan was great! It went really well – so much fuller than I thought I would be. Teas were lovely. My husband is loving it. I thought he’d moan as he likes his food, but it’s surprising how filling the 5 meals are. The boys had the meals as well with us, but just with some potatoes or rice as well. It’s fab! I felt goo. I had a bit of a headache on Day 1 and 2, but was expecting it with not having any caffeine, but besides that, I felt great. My husband can’t believe how much more energy he had just after a day! No cravings either to be honest. No tiredness. Mu tummy feels so much less bloated. Feel so much better – can’t believe how much less bloated I feel. So pleased. I suffer really badly with sleeping at night and take sleeping pills every night and I haven’t this week, which is the first time in years! It’s gone really quick to be honest. So pleased we did it before our hols. Defo would do it again before the next holiday. Thanks so much for all your help this week. I really appreciate it. I must have asked you a million questions! Your programme solved my problem with bloating, wind and going to the loo! I lost 10lbs. I have much more energy and feel much better. Your programme has made my life easier. Because your meals are already prepared, I eat more regularly and never feel hungry. I like that you are always there. Support was top marks and I could talk to or ask you anything without getting embarrassed. The thing that sets your program apart from others I’ve tried is it’s easy to follow and all meals are prepared in advance, so you’re all organised for the week. Also, it’s food I like. The most important thing people should know about your program is how much weight you lose, how the food is easy to prepare and that support is there 24/7. I would deffo recommend your programme. I have told everyone. It is so easy to follow and healthy as well. I would work with you again because of the support you give. Also, you know what you are talking about. So 6 days ago, I started Sarah Louise Hayes 6 day Detox. It was hard work, but definitely worth it! Jelly was lovely. Really enjoyed my home made burgers. Got full really quickly which is good. 13 pounds lost and feeling much healthier and better about myself – just missed the stone! I literally could not believe it when I got on the scales. I was really looking forward to it. After overindulging, I honestly couldn’t wait for the break! I felt as if my whole body needed a good flushing out! I couldn’t wait to try and get rid of my belly! It was only for a week and was the ass kicking I needed. I’m excited to think that I went a week without sugar as well! If I can cut down, it will be a massive improvement. I’m surprised I didn’t cave. James was sat there scoffing chocolate and it smelt so amazing. I’m enjoying that I’ve not eaten anything processed or sugary. That’s surprised me – how much I don’t miss it. I think I’m more determined now that I’ve done the Detox, to get myself on the right track. I do love the jelly and yoghurt too, so I might have to keep that!! I’m surprised I’ve not had anything naughty, not even coffee! It sounds daft, but as I’ve been walking around, my tummy feels tighter, like I’ve noticed my abs more. Probably sounds bizarre, but they feel harder – like I can feel them on the inside! My legs look slimmer and my side squidge! 4lbs lost. Keeping up with the clean eating too! Thank you so much for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Hi Sarah, it’s been a couple of weeks and a further thanks to give you! Since I’ve done the Detox, I’ve completely rethought what I’m eating and drinking – the odd beer over the Bank Holiday Weekend and the fact that I was working away last week so limited to how clever I could be from a limited menu. I’ve lost another 2.5lbs. I’m now 9st 7lbs and 1lb to get to my ideal weight! I’m made up!!! Thank you so much for your help. My weight is finally getting close to where I wanted it to be!

My main reason for starting the programme was to gain more energy before starting my exams. Thanks to your programme, I feel more energised and much less bloated and sluggish, which will help me so much in the coming weeks. The programme has also helped me to realise that I can actually lose weight, as in the past I have found it difficult and it has motivated me to eat healthily. I lost 6 lbs. I have quite a lot more energy – the programme has helped me to get into a routine of waking up at a certain time and making sure I get enough sleep, which has really helped me feel less tired during the day. I felt very proud of myself at the end of the programme and have more self-confidence regarding my body image. The fact that you checked in with me throughout the day really helped to keep me on track. I was worried that I would lose focus, but your encouragement and support kept me going. You also adapted the programme to suit what I like to eat and were happy to offer advice and guidance whenever I needed it.
I haven’t tried any other programmes before, but I think the personal nature of it (the way you keep in contact with your clients) is really unique and definitely something I found beneficial about the programme. The most important thing people should know about the programme as that it’s not as hard as you think it’s going to be! I thought I would be really hungry and that I wouldn’t like the food I was eating, but after the first couple of days, you don’t even notice that you’re on a Detox anymore. Also, that it really does get you the results that you want, whether it’s weight loss or energy gain or just general wellness. I would recommend you to my friends, family or co-workers because the programme was effective and working with you was a pleasure. I would work with you again as the personalised aspects of the programme make you feel supported all the way through the process.

Totally recommend Sarah Louise Hayes’s Eat Clean, Sexy & Lean plans – why?
- I’ve lost 8.3lbs (every little number counts lol) in 6 days. Now I know this is a ridiculous amount of weight to lose in 6 days but it’s not about the weight loss for me – it’s about refocusing my mind and becoming disciplined and positive!
- I’ve found my mojo again and I’m now more focused and determined to start getting fitter e.g. I’m now biking into work every day, which will continue to be a daily part of my life.
- I’ve learnt that it’s about eating more regularly and eating smaller portions.
- I can still bear the sight of carrots after nearly eating Rudolph’s annual intake of them!
- It’s the only plan that I’ve 100% stuck to because of the variety – THIS IS NOT A SHAKE OR SMOOTHIE PLAN – Rainbow Trout, Salmon, Sea Bass, Carrots, Chicken, Home Made Beefburgers, Home Made Chicken Soup. Did I mention carrots?!
- Preparation for the entire week was around 5hrs spent in the kitchen making the soup, peeling/boiling carrots – this isn’t a major impact on your life – I did this during my 7 days on at work!

The problem that I had that your programme solved was feeling so sluggish. I lost 6 and 3/4 lbs. I am still struggling cutting caffeine – but I have more energy than I did. Your programme made it easier to remember to prep food and stick to being healthier. The thing that I like about your programme is that the whole week is planned out and it can be worked around my busy schedule. I found that what sets your programme apart from others I’ve tried is that I could stick to a day by day plan. I wanted to lose some of my excess belly fat before I went on holiday. I have lost 10lbs. Your programme made my life easier because I knew what I had to eat each day. I’m happier because I feel a lot slimmer and I’ve lost 10lbs in body weight. My wife says she has noticed a dramatic change to my belly. I liked the fact that you were always available to answer any questions, regular contact to check that I was doing okay and offering suggestions to any struggles that I was having. I’ve only really been following parts of a Joe Wicks plan that my wife has been working to, so this is really the first programme that I’ve followed from start to finish.
